ClipCutter
Turn long videos into short vertical clips and publish them to a YouTube channel.
ClipCutter is a personal, self-hosted tool. It downloads a source video, transcribes it, finds the most engaging moments, renders them as vertical (9:16) short clips with burned-in captions, and uploads the results to the owner's own YouTube channel using the YouTube Data API.
It is operated by a single user (the channel owner) on their own machine. It is not a public service and does not process data for third parties.
